In our young kids classes, ages 4-10, we focus on games and fun. All games are designed to improve balance, coordination, and focus, which will all translate to jiu jitsu. We teach basic BJJ positions and concepts.

In our teens classes, ages 11-14, there’s more of a balance between games and pure jiu jitsu techniques, drills, and sparring. Students will learn more advanced positions, techniques, and sequences.

Your first class is free!

No appointment needed - just show up ~10 mins early for any kids/teens class. You'll meet the coach, sign a waiver, and get a quick tour.

Wear comfy gym/athletic clothing. Make sure there are no zippers, snaps, buttons, or anything else metal that could damage the mats.

Put your shoes and clothes on a shelf in the changing room

Always wear shoes into the bathroom

Wipe your feet and enter the mat only at the designated area - if you step off the mats, you can only re-enter from the feet-wiping area

Always respect your coach and training partners
